The Short Answer
TIH floor plans range from compact ranches to estate-sized custom homes, with prices starting from $400K+ for BOL builds. Every plan is fully customizable — modify the kitchen, expand the primary suite, finish the basement, add a porch.

Floor Plan Questions
Can I modify these plans?
Yes — that's the point. Move a wall, add a bonus room, expand the primary suite, change the kitchen layout. We'll review buildability and price the change before any work begins.
Can I see actual floor-plan drawings?
Yes. The PDFs and CAD drawings are available on request. Call or use the contact form and we'll send the package for whichever plans interest you.
What's included in the listed square footage?
Heated, finished living area — not including garage, covered porches, or unfinished basement space. The full plan breakdown includes those separately.
Can I build a plan that isn't in the 2026 collection or the legacy archive?
Yes. We design custom plans from scratch all the time. The intake conversation covers how you live and what you want; the plan grows from there.
