The Short Answer
TIH Homes builds in twelve North Georgia cities centered on Canton, GA — reaching as far north as Blue Ridge, east to Cumming, west to Cartersville, and south into Marietta. If your lot is within roughly forty-five miles of Canton, we can almost certainly build there.
Cities outside this footprint may still be possible — we've built in every major county of the Atlanta Metro at some point in the past three decades. Call us to confirm.

Do you build outside these seventeen cities?
Sometimes — TIH has built across most of the Atlanta Metro over the past three decades. If your lot is within forty-five miles of Canton, call us. If it's farther, call anyway; we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Do you build outside Georgia?
No. TIH is a Georgia general contractor. We do not currently hold a Florida or other out-of-state license.
Which county has the most TIH homes?
Cherokee County by a wide margin — particularly Canton, Woodstock, and Waleska. Pickens County (Jasper) is the second-largest concentration.
Do you do work in master-planned communities or only BOL?
Both. We've built extensively in master-planned communities over the past three decades and continue to. The growing focus is BOL because that's where buyer demand has shifted.
