By using this website you agree to these terms. The site provides general information about TIH Homes and our services; it does not create a contract for construction work. Construction contracts are signed separately on paper.

By accessing or using tihhomes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone
• Submit false information through the contact form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site without our written permission
• Reproduce, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without our written permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photography, floor plan drawings, logos, the “TIH Homes” brand mark, and the “Trust In Him” name — is owned by TIH Homes, Inc. or used with permission. Floor plan drawings are TIH’s proprietary work product and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or built from without a signed construction contract with TIH.

4. No Construction Contract

The information on this site — including pricing ranges, plan specs, timelines, and process descriptions — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer to enter into a construction contract. Any actual TIH construction project is governed by a separate, written, signed contract.

5. Pricing & Plan Information

Pricing ranges shown on the site (such as “from the $350s” or per-square-foot estimates) are illustrative and depend on lot, plan, finish level, and market conditions at the time of construction. Final pricing is provided only in a signed contract proposal.

6. Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party websites (Pickens Community Bank, YouTube videos, etc.). TIH Homes is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided “as is.” TIH Homes makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site, and is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
