The Taliwah is the two-story sibling of the Quarry layout. Master on the main level, secondary bedrooms upstairs, plus a huge bonus room that can be finished as a second master suite, an upstairs media room, or a playroom. The largest of the Lantern Walk plans.

Like every TIH plan, the Taliwah is fully customizable. Move a wall, expand the primary suite, finish the basement, swap finishes. We'll review buildability and price any modification before any work begins.

Specifications on this sheet are from the original Lantern Walk catalog; today's Taliwah is fully customizable and current finishes are confirmed during your selections appointment.
