The Georgian is the four-bedroom version of the Lantern Walk ranch layout. The master sits at the rear of the home overlooking a private patio that could easily be screened in. A separate laundry, large kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry, and a large open living room with vaulted ceiling round out the main floor.

Like every TIH plan, the Georgian is fully customizable. Move a wall, expand the primary suite, finish the basement, swap finishes. We'll review buildability and price any modification before any work begins.
