The Cherokee was one of TIH's most-requested Lantern Walk ranches. A 3-bedroom layout with the master suite split from the secondary bedrooms, a vaulted living room flanked by a double-sided fireplace into a sunroom, and a custom trey ceiling treatment in the master.

Like every TIH plan, the Cherokee is fully customizable. Move a wall, expand the primary suite, finish the basement, swap finishes. We'll review buildability and price any modification before any work begins.

The Cherokee was originally marketed at TIH's Lantern Walk community in Ball Ground, Georgia. Specifications on this sheet are from the original Lantern Walk catalog; today's Cherokee is fully customizable and current finishes are confirmed during your selections appointment.
