The Quarry is the split-bedroom Lantern Walk ranch — the master suite at the rear with a private patio, secondary bedrooms tucked away on the opposite side of the house. A large open living room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace, and a kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry.

Like every TIH plan, the Quarry is fully customizable. Move a wall, expand the primary suite, finish the basement, swap finishes. We'll review buildability and price any modification before any work begins.
