The Etowah Legacy Archive
Traditional Cherokee County family layout from the legacy archive.

From the TIH legacy archive — drawings on request.
About This Plan
Designed For The Way You Live.
Named after the Etowah River that runs through Canton. A traditional family plan with formal dining, casual breakfast area, and a vaulted family room. Several variations of this plan were built in Cherokee County subdivisions during TIH's middle years. Drawings remain available on request.
Like every TIH plan, the The Etowah is fully customizable. Move a wall, expand the primary suite, finish the basement, swap finishes. We'll review buildability and price any modification before any work begins.
