The Northridge is one of the earliest Lantern Walk plans, with a covered-and-open front porch, a 10-foot entry ceiling that opens into a vaulted living room with fireplace, and arched doorways throughout. Designed for buyers who wanted a single-level home with classic detail and easy curb appeal.

Like every TIH plan, the Northridge is fully customizable. Move a wall, expand the primary suite, finish the basement, swap finishes. We'll review buildability and price any modification before any work begins.
