The Sequoyah is one of the more compact Lantern Walk ranches, designed for buyers prioritizing efficient living space over square footage. A covered front porch leads into a vaulted living area with fireplace and a kitchen with breakfast bar.

Like every TIH plan, the Sequoyah is fully customizable. Move a wall, expand the primary suite, finish the basement, swap finishes. We'll review buildability and price any modification before any work begins.
