The Build Story
How It Came Together.
The largest of the recent Lake Arrowhead builds. A double-decker covered porch arrangement (main level and walk-out basement level both with their own porches) gives the home two distinct outdoor living areas. The buyers retired here from a larger primary home and wanted the finishes scaled down from estate-level to elevated — comfortable and high-quality, but not over the top. Total build: eleven months.
