The Build Story
How It Came Together.
A custom design inside the gated Lake Arrowhead community. The buyers wanted a primary residence that felt like a mountain retreat — vaulted living room with stone fireplace, large rear deck oriented for the seasonal lake view through the trees, and a walk-out basement designed for future aging-in-place. TIH is one of four builders approved inside the Lake Arrowhead community; this was our third build in this neighborhood in 2024.
