The Build Story
How It Came Together.
The owners started with our Mayfield floor plan, then modified the kitchen to add a butler's pantry and reconfigured the lower level for a walk-out wine cellar. Stone and siding exterior, three-car garage, and a screen porch overlooking the back lot. Built on a slightly sloped Ball Ground lot that allowed the daylight-basement configuration. Total build time: ten months from groundbreaking to the hand-inscribed Bible at closing.

What Made This Build TIH
Process, Orientation, Bible.
Every TIH home moves through the same three signature systems. The Ball Ground Modern was no exception — eighteen documented stages, a two-hour orientation at handoff, and an hand-inscribed Bible at the closing table.
