Ball Ground Family Home
A semi-custom TIH plan adapted for a growing family with a main-floor guest bedroom.
The Build Story
How It Came Together.
This buyer relocated from out of state to be closer to family. The Kennestone plan worked because of its main-floor guest bedroom — perfect for visiting grandparents who help with childcare. We modified the kitchen island to add seating for six, expanded the pantry, and added a covered front porch. Renee guided the entire selections process remotely (the buyer was still in their home state during early construction) using video orientations. Closing was the buyer's first day living in Georgia.

What Made This Build TIH
Process, Orientation, Bible.
Every TIH home moves through the same three signature systems. The Ball Ground Family Home was no exception — eighteen documented stages, a two-hour orientation at handoff, and an hand-inscribed Bible at the closing table.
