The Build Story
How It Came Together.
This Ball Ground home was designed around the buyer's love of hosting — an open kitchen-to-great-room flow, a covered outdoor living area off the breakfast nook, and a finished basement that doubles as a media room and guest suite. Steve's 18-stage system was particularly visible on this build: the mechanical rough-in stage extended to support a future elevator shaft and a wired-from-the-start home automation system. The buyer's feedback at the orientation: "this is the most prepared we've ever felt walking into a home."

Every TIH home moves through the same three signature systems. The Ball Ground Estate was no exception — eighteen documented stages, a two-hour orientation at handoff, and an hand-inscribed Bible at the closing table.
